Each workshop is a living, breathing space for connection, truth-telling, and embodied healing, where participants are gently guided through practices that restore self-trust, compassion, and belonging.

A Somatic Exploration Into Nervous System Healing

This four-week group therapy experience is a gentle but powerful immersion into embodiment, interoception, and nervous system healing.

Rooted in Hakomi principles and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), this course offers a mindful, somatic approach to understanding attachment wounds, protective patterns, and the parts of you that learned to survive.
